How do I confirm my email address?

If you're trying to do something like join a village, send an invitation, or activate your village, you may see a message like this asking you to confirm your email if you haven't already. This is to help protect the privacy and security of our villages.

This is because we haven't confirmed that the email address you used is actually yours.

You should have received an email when you first signed up with a link to confirm your email. Don't worry if you did not receive that or can't find it. Simply click the "Resend Email" button when prompted and we'll send that right out to you. Click the link in that email and you'll be all set.

We're sorry if this 2-step verification is an inconvenience. Given the sensitive nature of a Caring Village and the information people enter, your security and their privacy are our first priority.
