You may delete your Caring Village account at any time. To do so, please send an email to support@caringvillage.com or submit a request via the support desk that includes the following information:
- Your full name
- Your email address (this should be the email address you use when logging in to your account)
Please note that it may take 3-5 business days to process your request.
What Happens to Your Data?
Upon account deletion, all related information and files in your account are deleted from our servers.
If You Are a Village Owner
If you are the Owner or creator of a village you will be asked to remove the village (or transfer ownership of the village to another member) prior to us deleting your personal Caring Village user account.
We make this request to ensure that active villages are not inadvertently deleted should the original owner choose to no longer participate.
